Our Annual membership has never offered as many opportunities to improve fitness, make new friends and explore.
- 24 club runs per month with groups to suit abilities from Couch to 5k through to sub 19 minute 5k.
- 22 club walks per month with walks at different paces, hill profiles and distances.
- 3-4 full club social events per year
- Weekly post club run drink on Thursday nights
- Fortnightly post walk lunch on Saturdays
- Weekly Sunday morning post walk or run coffee
